Overall it was a good stay. Great sleep and nice facilities.

Pros: Comfy bed, good breakfast, good location, easy to walk to a few restaurant and other shops.

Cons: It was a little to pricy for my liking, all those extra taxes already changes the cost so much.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff

Pros: The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Location was good for a function we visited in Hanna

Cons: The breakfast was good but the seating was not for elderly parents, and the staff got a bit overrun by the guests.

Pros: The location and price. Breakfast was good staff are helpful and the room was very clean. Bed was quite comfortable.

Cons: The aircon unit in the room was noisy and each time it would switch on it would wake us up, I couldn't figure out how to switch it off.

Cons: There is no elevator to access the second floor rooms, so if you have mobility issues, when booking as for the ground floor.

We would definitely stay at Canalta again.

Pros: The huge selection of breakfast items were a wonderful surprise. Also, the breakfast room was roomy , cheerfully decorated & extremely clean & tidy.

Cons: Our room had the smallest t.v. that we've ever had in a hotel room.

Pros: Everything was great! Staff were so wonderful and breakfast was the best western have ever had at a hotel that includes breakfast.

Cons: The stairs...no elevator but staff helped with bags.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious

Pros: We enjoyed the spacious clean room with its elongated desk that provided a great work space for us to prepare ourselves a late bite to eat. We also appreciated having a small sink alongside the fridge and microwave. Had we planned to stay more than one night, we would have appreciated the large drawer space. Lots of choices for breakfast.

Cons: We would have appreciated a second chair ~ even if it were a fairly simple chair.

Pros: The staff were pleasant, helpful, problem solved. The inclusive breakfast was great along with the complimentary water, coffee, tea bar.

Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom. There was an unpleasant odour, the floors, sinks and bathtub need a good cleaning and disinfectant.
