Pros: Nice quiet place. Chairs were quite comfy. I actually fell asleep watching a movie in the chair, woke up at 3AM, crawled into the bed, and got a decent sleep. It's definitely a decent stay if you can get it at around 100ish dollars.

Cons: Location's not that great, but don't really know if the motel can be faulted for that. It's in Surrey. Traffic around & getting to the motel was pretty bad. Furthermore, I smoked well over 7 meters away from my room. But lady at the front desk first made an issue of my clothes stinking like smoke, then about my deodorant/perfume. I didn't use any. In fact, I only used the soap + shampoo provided by the motel.

Clea, spacious and comfortable rooms which were cleaned daily. Friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: Breakfast? Not provided, or expected. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. The Linda Vista Motel exceeded my expectations, I'd happily recommend it.

I would stay here again because of convenience & the extras that my room had +sm table & 2 chairs.

Pros: Laundry facilities was a bonus Pleasant staff Kitchenette was a welcome addition/full size fridge WiFi had decent speed (40 Mbps) 4 min walk to McDonalds & gas Stn for convenience store A/C was very efficient

Cons: Price for Motel a little steep for what you get but it is in the center of the city & summertime tourist season. No breakfast available. Motel is very dated, but at least it was clean.
