Lovely stay at hotel Rialto

Pros: Lovely heritage building with a great bar downstairs. Very comfortable room and bathroom.

Cons: Road noise was a bit of an issue but we coped.

Pros: The staff was very nice et the place well located. Will go back for sure.

Little Gem down Town.

Pros: Location ( It is within walking distance of the Royal Theatre, the reason we were in town) our room and facilities were excellent, and the staff were charming. They even loaned us an umbrella because it was raining as we went out in the evening. There is also secure underground parking available for an additional fee.

Cons: For us, there was nothing to dislike about the hotel. However, it is worth noting that the hotel parking is in a separate building across the main road from the hotel. It is not difficult to find and is secure, but for anyone with mobility issues or a large amount of luggage, we would suggest first using the hotel road side drop off points located at the front and side of the building to check in, leave luggage and pick up necessary access electronic key before parking.

Good hotel in centre of town

Pros: Stayed at this hotel many times, rooms always clean bed comfy, staff helpful.

Cons: We didn’t have one of the better rooms on this occasion, it was absolutely fine but others are nicer.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. There is a Thai massage just around the corner I highly recommend they do facials too! Relaxed and pampered. !!

Cons: Did not keep up on coffee supplies.

Pros: Nice hotel. Nice room, enormous bathroom with shower and separate bath. Good location.

Cons: I thought it was expensive for what it was. Don’t know the difference between Victoria and Vancouver for pricing though.

Pros: Excellent location! Hotel staff very helpful. Parking we paid for extra but it was in a secured underground lot. Room was in great condition.

Lovely property for a short stay, pleasant, helpful staff and in a very handy location, close to excellent dinner option

Pros: Location, cleanliness, great heritage vibe, friendly staff.

Cons: Room was on the small size in terms of 2 people travelling with luggage. Unfortunate that parking was off site but didn’t detract overly, and the parking was very secure.

Centrally located with friendly helpful service

Pros: The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance to all major attractions. Bars and restaurants are close by. The staff here are very helpful which is a big plus. We decided to extend our stay by one day the last moment. Since our original booking was via Booking.com, so we have to make a separate booking for the last day. The hotel staff managed to arrange for the same room so that we don’t have to move room. We’ll definitely consider staying here next time visiting Victoria.

Cons: Soundproofing of windows, as outside noise could be heard.
