Great hotel for visitors any time of the year - restaurants and shops close by - nice area.

Pros: The room was large, very clean and well equipped. Efficient and very quiet A/C / heater. The hot breakfast is a nice bonus. Friendly, very competent staff. For me the location was perfect.

Pros: Bedding was very comfortable. Kids loved the heated, outdoor pool.

Pros: The staff greeted us with prompt welcoming smiles and were extremely knowledgeable. It was a clean and tidy foyer. We had a rental car to return and the shuttle came to the airport when we returned it. It was also there first thing in the morning to take us back for our flight.

Pros: Location was good and the free shuttle to the ferry was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and had a variety of choices which changed each day.

Cons: Only a coffee maker was available - a separate kettle would have been a bonus.
