Pros: The facilities are amazing and so are the staff! The waterlides keep the kids entertained for hours, and the pools are lots of fun, too! There is a lifeguard at the pool to keep the kids safe and the pool clean. They also have a park and mini golf, which the kids also loved. The staff went above and beyond, if you need anything just ask the front staff and they will help you out! The front reception area is also equipped with basically anything you need, so don't worry about forgetting anything. Oh, and they have the best ice cream and pizza too! They have a variety of different rooms, which I think is great, so maybe next time we will explore other options. We will definitely be back!

Hidden Gem on Vancouver Island.

Pros: Came in off season, so was really quiet. Rented nice 2 bedroom little cabin with full kitchen , lots of room for myself and family. Had a fireplace Pet friendly. Friendly staff. Staff were quick to resolve issues.

Cons: Hvac wasn't working but the staff sent a maintenance man right away . He was very quick to loan me a couple of space heaters as the hvac wasn't immediately fixable and no other cabin was available. staff gave me firewood.

Pros: Great staff. There is fresh made pizza and homemade ice cream on site. A staff member treated our dog Levi to a little doggie ice cream cone. Between the cone and having attention lavished upon him, he was in heaven. We love pet friendly places and friendly staff, and this resort is exactly what we were looking for over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was also mine and my husband's anniversary. It was perfect!

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like. We found our 2 night stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Pros: there was so much for my kids to do, it was super clean, tons of staff to help with anything we needed, the pool and slide was a major hit with my kids, and we were able to have other families come visit for the day.
