Sunshine Coast Resort

In need of some rest and relaxation in the dead of winter and got exactly what we were looking for.

Pros: The location is excellent, away from the road and in a nice setting. We had a well appointed, comfortable, self contained king size suite. It had a small patio facing the marina, complete with BBQ but at the same with complete privacy. Couples and families are catered for with a small lawned area for the kids to run around in plus a firepit to keep warm at night after you step out of the hot tub. The staff/owners were super friendly and I would highly recommend it if you have not been here before. There are twisty winding roads to explore, sights to see and all manner of walks and hikes to do.

Cons: Not so much a problem with the venue, more about the area....good restaurants were a bit of a drive away. Thats all really.

Great location and value. Excellent one bedroom suite with balcony and kitchen. Perfect view.

Pros: Received a room upgrade. In room fireplace was on when we arrived. Spacious suite. Great bed. Fantastic view.

Cons: Carpets could use a bit of cleaning. Couldn't find the Hot Tub. Toilet is good but not tall enough for big people.

Peaceful stay on the Sunshine Coast

Pros: Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location. The room had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The room had a full kitchen. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and no noise could be heard from surrounding rooms or from outside. Hot tub available to use on the decking. Lovely walk around the marina which is privately owned by the resort. Very peaceful and felt like you were visiting a spa. Would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful oceanside adventure.

Pros: The views were stunning. Close proximity to the kinds of adventures in nature that we wanted.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay by the coast – the location is perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to unwind (and roll out a yoga mat!). We loved the hot tub, went kayaking, and enjoyed a barbecue with a sea view. There’s a good restaurant nearby with delicious food, and Madeira is such a charming little town – definitely worth exploring. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape with a touch of adventure

Beautiful setting

Pros: Beautiful outlook from the balcony. Well laid out room.

Cons: No food on-site, so definitely had go shopping at IGA and BC liquor store about 3km away. Grasshopper pub walking distance away.

Wonderful family stay on the coast

Pros: We were very happy with our 1-night stay at the resort. Dustin and Janet were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a dog friendly suite and rented kayaks for the evening. Can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay!

Pros: This beautiful resort is overlooking a small harbour, calm with stunning views! A friendly staff welcomed us, offering options about facilities and activities on both water and land in the area. Our spacious suite was fully equipped with kitchen facilities, and there’s a well stocked grocery store close by. There is also a restaurant up the road if you’re looking to eat out. This place was relaxing and absolutely fabulous! Highly recommend, I would definitely stay again.
