Relax in the mountain scenery

Pros: We loved the gorgeous setting from the hotel to the glacial mountains, the indoor spa and pool, breakfast in the dining room and the spacious comfy room.

Cons: The entry sign that you drive under is a little tired looking. It needs a touch up.

Pros: The girl who was working on the night shift is super nice and gentle. The room was super spacious and the bed, sheets, and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast is also very good! We could enjoy the pool and hot tub for a bit, and that was amazing!

Cons: The hotel is a bit far from downtown. We arrived late and it was super dark, but otherwise everything was fine.

Excellent stay and helpful staff

Pros: Great location for visiting Revelstoke and excellent value for money. Staff were very polite and helpful. We had left some glasses behind and they immediately text us and were happy to and willing to sort out in posting them back to the uk. Communication was excellent.

In the heart of the wilderness!

Pros: Location is exceptional. Surrounded by mountains! Amenities are very clean! Rooms are cozy!

Cons: Missing small details here and there, the edges on the windows can use more cleaning, the insect screen window should be replaced as it had a hole in it.
