Pros: The room was impressive! Spacious, clean, big shower and big bath. Bed was comfy. Swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. We very much enjoyed the food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Great stop off between Banff and Vancouver.

Cons: Couldn't connect to the wi-fi and the air conditioning in the hallway was noisy.

Pros: The location and the service. Great size room with large walk in shower and a bathtub for 2 near a floor to ceiling windows.

Cons: A little expensive, for being a beautiful room, but you could tell it's a bit dated

Spectacular view, very relaxing trip

Pros: The facility is amazing! Very friendly staff, exceptional service. The view is very scenic with mountains and the lake view. Lot of options for different saunas, swimming pools, and activities such as yoga and guided hiking. The food was really good, I like that we had 3 options of restaurants. This trip was really great to relax deeply and recharge the batteries. All the stress was left behind! We are thinking of coming back next year!

Cons: Leaving the place was the hardest part as the stay was so great!

Pros: The view from the 3rd floor was incredible especially overlooking the lake. It was stunning during the day and even cooler to see everything changes at night with all the beautiful lights. The room blew my wife and myself away and the saunas and pools were great. This was our first trip and are looking forward to booking a weekend getaway later this year!

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the bath wouldn't fill with warm water. We could only get it to Luke warm. Other then that everything was incredible.
