We were struck by how beautiful the hotel was, and we genuinely felt looked after!

Pros: The hotel is beautifully situated beside a stunning marine park, complete with lush gardens, scenic walking trails, and a long, wide wharf. While exploring the trails, we spotted pheasants and a variety of other birds, making for a peaceful and nature-filled experience. In autumn, the trees are a breathtaking mix of green, gold, and red — a perfect seasonal backdrop. The hotel itself is grand and elegant, with exceptionally clean facilities. The pool and hot tub overlook the lake, offering a relaxing spot to unwind with a view. The staff were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. A truly memorable stay!

Cons: It would have been nice if the air hockey and the other games in the arcade were free to play, instead of being coin operated. Although there was still a lot for our teens to do, with an indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool, the hot tub, free e-bikes, and a fire pit!

Pros: The view, the bikes, the location/ close to water and walking trails, coffee shops.

Cons: Only stayed one night so not long enough !

Great place to stay. Very relaxing.

Pros: Great sized room with kitchen. Everything was really clean. Used the free electric bikes to explore. Great pool and hot tub. Highly recommend.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Pity it was only for one night. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

Cons: The fact that we were offered a 'last' beverage at 9.30pm. Closing time 10pm. Asked to leave before then. Rudely. Because barstaff wanted to clean up.

Lovely stay

Pros: The room and beds were very comfortable. The pool was great!

Cons: The toilet tank wouldn't fill without our manual help.

Pros: Good location with a nice view and comfortable bed, the hotel personnel were very nice and helpful.

Cons: The shower head in the bathroom is way too high and not designed for short people. Not adjustable either. Balcony has lots of spider nets. The personnel in the restaurant were not accommodating and did their basic minimum.

Stylish hotel near the town

Pros: Hotel was stylish and comfortable. Walking distance to the town and board and lovely views from the balcony

Cons: Value for money not great, I would have expected breakfast to be included for the money. Also when we were there, upgrades of mattresses going on so the lifts were constantly occupied and it was noisy hearing the shuffling of mattresses.
