Pros: Excellent accessibility right by the airport and downtown, plus it's spacious, clean, and pleasant! The kitchen facilities are top-notch, and a big thanks to Bruce for the prompt responses.

Cons: There are a few small things to take care of. First, the cold water faucet in the bathroom isn't closing all the way, so it's leaking. It needs to be repaired. Also, the heater doesn't seem to follow the temperature settings properly. – sometimes it won't turn on even when it's set high, and other times it runs all night even when it's set low.

Warm and cozy home!

Pros: Everything about the property is great for our family of 4 adults. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed (very comfortable btw) provided the great night rest. We came during winter and the house provides a comfy and warmth whenever we came back from the mountains or outdoor. The location is also great, nearby UBC and few blocks away from a street that filled with shops and supermarkets. Bruce our host is also kind and super responsive to our messages. Since we stayed for 2 weeks we requested to use the washer and dryer which he happily let us. The home comes with full kitchenette, so you can cook your own food.

Cons: Noting much. It just Vancouver really a raincouver at times 🤭

A friendly, comfortable suite in a great location.

Pros: A really nice suite, reasonably spacious for a family of 4, even allowing for a second couple to come for dinner and drinks one evening. Everything worked well, was clean, comfortable and easy to find. Great location and free on-street parking was a bonus.

Cons: Only one tiny issue, the driveway entrance is a little steep and being Vancouver, the frequent rain may make it slippery for some less sure-footed folks. I managed with a damaged knee and even after a medical procedure, but decent shoes were a help.
