Perfect Stay in a Stunning Home

Pros: Wonderful house, exceptional location, and incredible views. A top-notch host — always available and helpful. 100% recommended!

Cons: Main bed small and very firm, room size could accommodate at least a large queen size or a king. We were family of four and there was only settings for three. Needs a cupboard for storage of dry foods and perhaps a preparation bench space.

Delightful, clean, quiet, and comfy!

Pros: We had a delightful time at Baylight. The downstairs apartment is clean and feels fresh, the beds were super comfortable (in fact I peeked at the brand so I would know for future mattress purchases) and the whole place is adorably decorated. They are still working on getting the kitchen set up, so if you are coming in the near future, bring meals and foods you can warm up in the microwave, bagels for the toaster, and don’t forget the ice cream which you can have while enjoying the gorgeous view outside your door. Catherine and Jeff were wonderful to work with and very responsive. All around, a wonderful home base for those planning on exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island.

Cons: If you're looking for a place to hang out with friends and family, this might not be the place. It worked well for us because all we wanted was a place to sleep at night and the rest of the time we were out and about, exploring the island. For that, it's perfect!

Pros: Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind unbeschreiblich! Die Zimmer sind hell und groß mit Blick auf den Finlayson Arm. Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage an diesem wundervollen Ort.

Cons: Wären wir länger geblieben, hätten wir uns eine kleine Kochmöglichkeit gewünscht. Für zwei Tage waren Toaster, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher jedoch ausreichend. Außerdem wäre ein breiteres Doppelbett wünschenswert, da es für zwei Erwachsene zu schmal ist.
