Fantastic

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, food was good.

Cons: The restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner, there were no lunch options at the hotel.

Family visit

Pros: I like that the double double room has 2 beds and a sofa bed. Plenty of room for 3 people.

Cons: There are bees or wasps in the hedge where the handicap parking is. The driver was very afraid when she was getting out of her truck.

Very pleasant and comfortable

Pros: This accomodation suited us well and enabled our stay in Vancouver to be most memorable.

We were pleased with the place as it was also walkable distance from my son’s apartment

Pros: Big room with suitable furniture and comfortable bed

Cons: A bit noisy at night time due the traffic nearby

Pros: The size of the room and the location of the hotel. Also, we had an excellent waffle breakfast.

Cons: The room was a bit too warm but we used the air conditioner to cool the room down before sleeping.

Pros: The tub was so awesome and I didn't run out of hot water, major bonus.

Cons: The TV in the bedroom was really out of date and there was nothing to watch. The pillows were terrible and I didn't sleep. I finally got up, feeling exhausted.

Pros: Perfect room. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shine! The suit includes kitchen with all necessary utensils. We didn’t cook nothing, but it’s perfect if you will stay more than couple days 👌

Cons: We didn’t get to breakfast, because the line at the restaurant was huge, and there was only one waitress serving the entire tables

Pros: the location was very safe and close to everything. The hotel room was comfortable and spacious.

Excellent, staff, facilities.

Pros: The manager Jonathan and the other worker; Mohammed were exceptionally professional and cordial.

Cons: The hotel was not close to downtown Vancouver, but that is not the fault of the hotel!
