Pros: I like the location and the surrounding area, it's close to the metro system and shopping mall. Also some supermarkets and restaurants nearby so I don't have to worry about where to bring my family. Would definitely come back again for this convenient spot. Room facilities are new and clean, equipments are well-maintained and the beds are comfy. Staffs were all very friendly, they helped us stored our luggages for a few days when we were away to other cities. Small vending area at the lobby can save your night when you're hungry but don't want to go out.

Fabulous

Pros: Easy to find, friendly helpful staff. Explained where all the facilities were located. As I was only staying one night with early morning departure didn’t get to use any. Great location for the area. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons: Nothing to dislike wasn’t disappointed.

Pros: Room and view was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the amenities. Walking distance to metrotown mall so good for the teens. Nice to have a kitchen too.

Cons: Water pressure in shower wasn't the best.. but hey we were all the way on 18th floor.

Pros: room was nice and the location was good walk to the mall and surrounding area

Cons: breakfast changed from last time we went it was still good just didn't have the bacon or sausage

Pros: The room is clean, comfortable and high-end, with complete facilities, beautiful view, excellent location, convenient transportation and parking. Opposite is the Crystal market. The entire building is filled with fragrance, making people relax. Everything is good, I will choose here again next time.

Cons: The only minor drawback is that you can hear the doors of other rooms opening and closing, and the noises from the rooms upstairs.

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: The location is excellent as it's near Metrotown, restaurants and the main streets. The gym is well-equipped and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable and the kitchenette provides the flexibility to make simple meals and/or warm up food.

Cons: It would be nice to have house keeping every day instead of every other day.
