Pros: Great location. Streets are so pretty. Beds are comfy

Cons: Rooms smelled a bit musty like someone has previously smoked

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient considering the business of the buffet and morning rush. Lunch was just as good.

Pros: My stay at Hilton Vancouver Downtown was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff. While waiting in the lobby for check-in, John and Cindy from the concierge team made the process seamless and welcoming. John offered a tailored recommendations for Vancouver exploration that elevated my trip. Mr. Santos was a gem, efficiently handling my luggage with care and a friendly demeanor, making my arrival stress-free. Ms. Balihar, the housekeeper, kept my suite fresh and spotless, adding a personal touch with a kind note that made me feel truly valued. The suite was modern, spacious, and quiet with great city views and prime location.

Cons: Styro cups and disposable utensils.

Pros: Connected to crystal mall and convenient handicap parking

Pros: What did I like? The beds! THE BEDS!! So comfortable, soft, indulgent, cosy. Loved proximity to Sky Train, just a short walk And the Metropolis Mall, Starbucks, numerous eating places. Perfectly situated for a city visit, whilst not actually downtown. Happy Hour:- good prices; wiine and beer choice were good too; and those little sliders were excellent.

Cons: Breakfast arrangement. If breakfast is not included it was $33 plus plus . Or you choose individual items and pay separately. Not great if you just want to pick a bit at breakfast.... Coffee awful. And why can't they have a separate bar area? We met a few times for their excellent Happy Hour, but had to share it with unruly, whining, children eating and running around.

Pros: Comfortable beds - Wow! so important too. Very clean.. Going restaurant and bar facility. Good happy hour. Perfect location close to sky train, mall and plenty of eating places.

Cons: Could include breakfast in package for the price we paid.

The Most Comfortable Hotel: A Beautiful View, an Atmosphere of Love, and Dedication ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve. On the morning of the 25th, when we opened the door of our room, we found Christmas stockings hanging outside. They were filled with chocolates and decorated with candles. It was a delightful surprise for our two children, and they absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful. It was the best experience we’ve ever had, and we will definitely go back there again.

It was god but I noticed the Hilton’s are going not updating their rooms

Cons: Coffee maker didn’t work Towels were frayed and old. Very corse

Pros: Breakfast is good just the sausages are a bit salty for us. The location is convenient.

Cons: The bed is quite soft.

Great location, attentive staff and super comfy beds!

Pros: Every meal we had in the Hotel was excellent. Great location for shopping, catching the Sky Train. Staff very helpful.
