Holiday Inn Calgary Airport by IHG

We had a great experience and would be happy to stay again.

Pros: We really enjoyed everything. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel, both to and from the airport, was especially convenient and made our trip much easier. The breakfast was also very good.

Pleasant, helpful staff, comfortable stay, good value

Pros: Reasonable cost, soft sheets, friendly staff, good amenities (coffee maker, microwave, iron, good TV, pool and hot tub), good restaurant

Cons: A bit far from airport

Pros: Our flight was delayed so badly; however the hotel-pick-up person was still at the service. Thanks again for the hospitality. By the way, the breakfast was great.

Excellent pricing

Pros: I was thrilled with the pricing and it was quite comfortable.

Cons: Dinner was a little delayed while waiting, I felt not well carried along,but all good eventually

Great value for money, very comfortable.

Pros: Value for money was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, location was good for us near the airport

Cons: The breakfast was ok for the cheap price, but not the best breakfast we had.

Pros: I like the cleaningness the most. The room and facility are well maintained except the elevator. The front desk staff is friendly and gave their best arrangement.

Cons: Sometimes i feel the first night housekeeping male staff was quite unfriendly when he saw us because he didnt even try to give a polite smile. Yet, he was efficient on our request. The room was exceptionally clean aa well.

Fantastic hotel with comfortable room and excellent amenities

Pros: Room (and bathroom) was spotless and was cleaned every day Staff were polite and efficient Had a hot tub and swimming pool, which I loved making use of Buffet breakfast was fantastic, with great choice Good restaurant Plenty of powerpoints in bedroom Bed was comfortable Location, although out of town, was located right across the road from a bus stop, offering access to the Max Orange Service

Cons: An extra blanket of the bed would've been nice, as I prefer to sleep in a cooler room with the heating turned down. However this is just a personal preference Breakfast was not complimentary

Pros: Breakfast, shuttle service, comfort of beds and pillows, good quality soap, shampoo given.

For us, the place to stay.

Pros: A great breakfast and the price was good today. We try to stay here when the hotel is not busy as the price can change a lot. We always get the included breakfast rate because the breakfast here is excellent.

Cons: The coffee pots in the breakfast room have a weird handle. It is exactly the wrong size to get trapped open by the cup you are filling, everyone spills coffee here.

Pros: Almost everything!! The staff, the room, the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast.. and most of all it's pet friendly so we had such a lovely time together with our pet :) All was worth the pay!! We even decided to stay another night.

Cons: Lack of equipment in fitness centre (yoga mattress, small weight).
