Residence Inn by Marriott Calgary Airport

Great hotel, close to the airport, clean, good breakfast, decent property.

Pros: The staff were attentive and quick to respond to any issues we had. The property was clean and the breakfast was better than most. There was a lot of space and the barrel sauna was an excellent addition! Perhaps with it's popularity, a second barrel sauna could be added in case groups had filled the first one!

Cons: There is only one gripe I have with this property and it's this: Our friends were staying at the Mariott next door (The two hotels basically share the pool and sauna and exist on either side of a staff elevator and set of conference rooms. We stayed at the Residence and our friends stayed at the hotel next door. Travelling between the properties was annoying, we basically had to go down the elevator and then walk across the first floor and then up the elevator again to their rooms. We were physically very close together, but had to travel a great distance to see them. Not a deal breaker by any metric, but annoying. We actually could walk through the staff-only area and in through some doors, but we were told we weren't allowed to. The only other thing was that there is construction going on right across the parking lot, but there was no noise at night, just during the day and in the late morning.

Adequate for an overnight airport stay

Pros: Breakfast had the selection I had hoped for. waffle maker, sausages, hash browns, offering of non dairy milk

Cons: Having to wait 50 mins for the shuttle, I just missed the previous one by 8 minutes

Perfect location if you between spots and overnighting at Calgary International.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel on an onite transit in Calgary. Shuttle pick up was right on time. Reception staff were friendly & helpful despite it being midnight. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great. Staff were friendly. Shuttle dropped us right at hire car pick-up. Perfect stay.

Quality quality quality!

Pros: The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Can not recommend enough.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent place for longer stays !

Pros: I wish we could take the room with us on our trips. Spacious, clean, huge TV, step in shower, large good bed and a kitchenette with everything we needed. Also we didn’t hear “neighbors” or noise in the hallway. We liked it so much that we booked a night extra!

The Renaissance Inn is Barış Manço Approved =D

Pros: - Breakfast has always been amazing here (Even if it get crowded). - Rooms are always big and roomy. - Staff is always super polite. - You don't need to be a buisnessman or buisnesswoman to stay here. And if you are, who knows... Maybe it will make you into a better one.

Nice stay

Pros: We really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was. The a/c worked really well and for our family that's important! The breakfast had great options.

Cons: The only complaint I have would be the eggs. Our family really enjoys having eggs but not when they have standing water in them. They should be dry and not wet? Watery? Don't know how to exactly explain it.

Pros: Great Parking. Access to major routes. Clean. Good Breakfast. Plenty of friendly staff to answer any questions.

Pros: The recieptionest so helpfull… they dont meaning or give me hard time when i got problem with my credit card..they let me time to fix my problem and happy when i ready to pay.. best hotel ever …

When flying in/out of Calgary, this is your place to stay!

Pros: Great facilities, nice pool, friendly staff, good food, premium breakfast and excellent bar service, comfy beds and lovely room set up for leisure or work, nice view of the mountains in sunrise - and not to forget: fantastic surroundings for walking our four-legged companion.

Cons: Shuttle only once in an hour.
