Fantastic Retreat

Pros: Very comfortable luxury hotel with lots of amenities including EV charging. Friendly knowledgeable front end staff

Cons: The King size bed was too close to the side wall. You have to walk sideways to get in. To get to the indoor swimming pool as well as the steam room and sauna you have to walk outside in the rain and cold. There should be a covered walkway.

Pros: Beautiful resort, well maintained, friendly staff. Comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom. Spa is amazing, staff are polite and helpful. Facilities second to none. Driving range and bar attached are fantastic

We loved out short visit to Banff, highly recommend this hotel to any visitor. The free shuttle bus is a real bonus. The

Pros: Location (incl free shuttle bus to the local area) or a nice 10 minute walk into the main town. Lovely big rooms with a great view of the mountains. Brilliant friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and bakery treats in the coffee shop!

Pros: Beautiful relaxing decor in room and common areas..thoughtful room furniture,bar etc Disappointed in evening dining as it was pouring and only bar golf game area was open..loud, noisebright lighting,no place to sit,menu limited..mostly locals inside..booked out.. Another place should be setup for quiet lounge area We were unable to use spa or fireplace area as poor weather Breakfast was lovely and view from our room Best hotel in Campbell river,comox etc

Pros: Very smart new hotel with fantastic facilities (spa, golf, swimming pools, outside terracing). Very comfortable rooms.

Cons: Service exceptionally slow in restaurant and bar. Rooms advertised as Ocean view are a long way from Ocean and look out over the road. Staff apologised for this but would book a room overlooking the mountains and golf course - significantly nicer.

Excellent stay.

Pros: Fairly new resort, modern facilities, several places to eat at the resort ranging from casual to fine dining. Comfortable bed, large room, great view from ours across Discovery Straight. If you love golf, it’s a golf resort with course and driving range

Cons: A bit out of town so needed a car to get around and into town. Long wait to check in, only 1 staff on reception at busy times.
