Pros: The gorgeous views, the high ceilings in the room and the spaciousness of the rooms. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: One of the beds kept slipping away from the frame and so it was difficult to sit on the bed and lean back on the wall to read or watch tv. I realize it is difficult to reach the fan and there was some dust hanging off of it that could have been removed. The heater made a terrible noise when it started up and thankfully after several minutes it settled down.

Service seldom seen anymore

Pros: Absolutely fantastic treatment by staff, offering every option available to make our stay 'perfect', including in the bar/restaurant. Waking up to a magnificent sunrise over the strait, through our window, was nothing short of a gift.

Cons: Although slightly dated, the rooms were very well kept and somewhat nostalgic. Perhaps a simple update from the dated 'cable' tv would bring everything smartly up to date while preserving the comfort of the lodging.

Great little place for a couple todays of relaxation and touring the area.

Pros: We loved the whole resort area and its location on the water. We watched the full moon through the windows of the Bar and Grill. It was great food and atmosphere as well.

Cons: Everything was great.
