Very good modern hotel

Pros: Huge rooms, good air con, blackout blinds, very modern

Cons: Little on the pricey side

Pros: Location, staff friendly and helpful. Clean and well kept property.

Cons: A small recommendation - a marked dog area with a garbage can for poop bags.

Would stay again but FOR SURE make sure we can do sit down restaurant eating.

Pros: Good sized room, very clean and comfortable beds and good air conditioning

Cons: Restaurant was closed for a special party, attached Casino Buffet also not open on Thursday and some other nights. The only place to eat was at the bar in the casino. Maybe room service but we wanted to go out and sit down. Was extremely irritated that the restaurant was closed for special party, but NOT notified at time of booking that no sit down service available.

Very good hotel but with not being able to put food on our hotel bill was frustrating as was breakf

Pros: We appear to have been the only people staying as we never saw another guest during our 24 hrs stay there which I guess is a bonus? Being a new hotel every thing was and smelt new which was pleasant

Cons: We had lunch at your premises and it was clear it was franchised, and not run by the hotel, which was frustrating as we couldn't put drinks or food on the hotel bill and had to keep presenting our credit cards. The same applied to breakfast but that was even more odd, as we were given menus as we walked in the door, and were not allowed to sit down until all five of our family had chosen what to eat and that again our credit card was paid, The selection was poor and the old favorite of many tourists, being the \

Pros: The hotel is very nice, clean and modern. The room was new and very spacious.

Cons: For the location, it was expensive.

Pros: The casino was fun and clean and lively. The entrance ID a scanning (casino) was new to Us but a great idea. The pool and hot tub was perfect and lots of access to Large towels. The hotel Was VERY clean and welcoming.

Cons: We tried The Buffet (Asian night) and were a little taken surprised. The room was quite small and there difficultly finding seating. The tables were very basic. It was awkward to have the food line near the cashier checkpoint. The space for the food was small and very crowded. The buffet food trays were often empty and very messy with spillage. The initial presentation of the restaurant was of excellent food and relaxed dining but it was opposite in an actual rushed cafeteria atmosphere. The staff were not attentive to the display of food and seemed to be carrying stacks of dirty plates to keep up with new people searching for tables and attending the cash line up. People in walkers and wheelchairs had extreme difficulties moving around the space and their distress caused some discomfort in the other patrons as they tried to shift tables etc.. We also noticed that some people were bringing their own condiments and slices of lemons from home to add to the meal there. We were disappointed in the taste and quality of the food there. I don’t think we would ever go back there again and would not recommend it. We enjoyed the hotel very much but not The Buffet.

Excellent spot for a small conference and staycation

Pros: We had a conference and the staff was great with helpful set up and assistance during the event.

Cons: it was probably the organizer, but there was come confusion around how many tables there would be and the coffee and water availablity/restocking during the day

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location excellent. Friendly stuff, super clean rooms. I stay at this hotel each time I travel to Vancouver Island.

Great hotel for an overnight stay.

Pros: We arrived quite late around 10.30 pm and were greeted very warmly by the member of staff. He was very helpful and gave us a few very helpful tips for our onward journey. The breakfast was very nice with a small but very good choice. Again the member of staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful once again.

Pros: It was a high price for the return. I paid about $500 for the room (about half a months rent) it was a last minute booking as my plans quickly changed, but ouch. Not other goodies to sweeten the deal, like a breakfast or something else added. It was just a room.

Cons: Sadly, no breakfast buffet. 😞 on Sundays.
