Generous room and nice staff

Pros: Large comfortable rooms. Excellent fitness facilities.

Cons: Breakfast is a bit disappointing

I needed a hotel near the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. My flight to Victoria was cancelled on Monday

Pros: It was clean and very well organized. The food was fresh and appealing.

Cons: There is nothing about this property that needs improvement.

Great overnight stay

Pros: Easy to find from the freeway, great location for airport and BC Ferries. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Easy car parking and friendly staff.

Cons: A little more expensive than some other accommodation in BC, but very accessible and convenient for onward travel connections.

Pros: Nice room in a convenient location close to the ferry. Parking is available in the parking garage, and there is a well-equipped fitness area.

Luxurious hotel room close to ferry terminal

Pros: Bedroom could be screened off with a sliding door, so it was more a suite than a room. It was probably the grandest, most comfortable hotel room I've ever stayed in. It's close to the ferry which is what I was after, and it was almost a pity that we were leaving early the next morning, though they did allow us to grab a few things to eat at the ferry terminal.

Cons: I don't think the hotel itself can be faulted. You might find it's a bit more upmarket than you wanted if you're just looking for a single room overnight. Oh, one very odd thing - no butter at breakfast. I did ask and they seemed baffled that I'd even asked the question - as I understood what they said they didn't consider it part of breakfast.

Pros: Check-in was seamless. The room layout with bedroom and living room areas separated by 'kitchen' and bathroom elements was excellent and generous, the mattress very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good, especially offerings catering to people who might be gluten or dairy free. We appreciated the proximity of Brown's Social House and our evening meal there featured BC salmon and was excellent.

Cons: I specifically requested a quiet room away from elevators, ice machines, as I'm a very light sleeper. Unfortunately, there is a boiler/space heater located in the transition between bedroom and lounge area which cycled noisily on and off throughout the night. It would be good to leave instructions on how to turn this off to ensure uninterrupted sleep. We were disappointed that Coast has chosen to offer only Starbucks coffee when there are excellent Canadian alternatives.

Pros: Breakfast, very nutritious, fresh, Room comfortable. Close to the ferry. Accommodated us on our early arrival.

Pros: Fantastic hotel, super comfy beds, rooms were beautifully decorated, the bar/restaurant right next door was excellent, the breakfast provided was adequate, highly recommended & staff were very helpful & friendly
