Paper-Thin Walls but Clean & Comfy Room

Pros: The room was a decent size and super clean! The bed was like sinking into a cloud. Bathroom, was on point clean! No hairs leftover from other guests. It was almost perfect!! Oh and Denny's was right inside the building (or Chop, if you're looking for a fancier place to dine). The pool area was great and thank goodness the light's weren't on super bright, I really appreciate that!

Cons: I didn't like how uncomfortable the couch was in the room... When I sat down it was like I sat on a park bench. The wall near the window/couch area was freezing 🥶 cold but even though the bed wasn't that far away they were hot 🥵! So when I turned the heater on to keep me warm, the others were begging to turn it off cause they were cooking! It took a while but we eventually found even ground. Also... Related to thin walls (assume which is why I froze) we could hear everyone in every direction around us. The stairs which were located on the wall right behind the bed, people arguing at 4am In the stairwell, from 6-12noon people yelling in the halls going up and down stairs gathering people in their group. These walls are PAPER thin! Kids running around above our heads thumping on the floor. It was frustrating as heck. Thank goodness the bed was comfortable or I wouldn't be happy!

Pros: The price of the suit was great, the parking was great, the suit was clean and had everything we needed to relax and utilize, and the location was convenient. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable and very friendly

It was okay for our needs for one night

Pros: Location. Familiar with facility, restaurant on site

Cons: The coffee maker didn't work. The pool was closed and we were looking forward to a swim

Pros: Beds were clean and comfortable rooms were a good size

Cons: Wifi was not too good was unable to use although it said it was connected

Thee place to stay for WEM shopping

Pros: Great complex of business and services within the building and so close to the shopping center of Alberta... West Edmonton Mall. Large parking area that is so close to dozens of big box stores to the hotel. Its the best place to stay in E-Town.

Cons: It is a bit of a maze in the building but it is well marked and after a couple wrong turns you learn the layout fast.

Love this place sad last experience

Pros: Everything except not having the suite I reserved online and then not providing me a rsvp member discount I love this place but feel ignored during event time

We'll be back.

Pros: Staff are professional but friendly and helpful. Location is great.

Cons: The air conditioner was very loud.

Will definitely book again

Pros: Pillows n bed were so comfy. Service was amazing. Love that we can smoke on the balcony.

Cons: Air was dry. Not sure if u can change that or not.

Pros: Got upgraded to the tower .. was great... room was lovely...

Cons: No hottub .. as it was down .. was looking forward to using it

Pros: We really liked the style of the room. We had a suite and it was perfect for a family on an extended stay.

Cons: It was challenging at first to find our way through this hotel. The tower with the suite rooms was alone from the main building connected by a skywalk.
