Amazing!

Pros: The room was clean, modern and smelled so good! We had a fantastic view of the city. The staff was welcoming and kind. We wish we had booked this hotel for our entire stay instead of Fantasyland Hotel. The free parking and breakfast were bonuses!

Pros: I liked the location close too west edmonton mall and other facilities. The staff were excellent. Pool was great. Beds were comfy and it was very clean.

Cons: Only thing was the jets on the hot tub aren't the best but other then that everything else was superb

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was the perfect temperature and the gym was great. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and the ring road.

Pros: The lady who checked me in was awesome 10/10 I think I was one of the only guest who understood to use your room key to access the elevator 😅 room was nice bed super comfy loved the bathroom with the shower.

Pros: We went to a Xmas party at West ed and this hotel is 2 minutes away which was really convenient. the pool and hottub was nice for the kids and free breakfast which had tons of choices and delicious will definitely stay here again

Cons: They close the pool and hottub every Wednesday but thats nice to know its cleaned once a week

Great experience, would highly recommend.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay. Smooth check in and out. Room was great, better than I expected. The pool was warm and pleasant, not cold. The breakfast was better than I expected. Great variety of options and super satisfying. I was overall very pleased, would 100% recommend and stay again without a doubt. Excellent experience.
