Wonderful

Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and I want to especially thank Lucia at the front desk for being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Her attentive service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Cons: Everything is great and will come back to this hotel again.

Pros: The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and assisted me in every possible way. When my payment method was rejected, they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I sincerely hope they won't face any repercussions for that.

modern, fresh, and clean, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Pros: i was very happy with the personnel at the front desk from the very beginning and throughout my stay to the last day. They were knowledgeable, skillful, expedient, and personable at all times. The hotel was in excellent order, as well as the room was well furnished and very clean. As a matter of fact, on the first day when i discovered the microwave wasn't working the front desk had a staff member come up directly, check it out and come back with a new working microwave in quick order. A big thanks for the great accommodations and service.
