Best Western Plus West Edmonton

Pros: Everything the pool area is one a kind. The breakfast buffet is impeccable. Staff is wonderful. Not one complaint. Make sure you check out the games rooms 😉

Pros: Flooring opposed to carpet. Wonderful staff, clean, great pool & hot tub (no kids after 10pm and pool was open until 12am), and AMAZING staff.

Cons: Hot tub was too hot.

Pros: It was a good hotel, quiet, great place for a family to stay

Pros: The hospitality, the kindness of the staff. There patience was nice as well. Your facilities were very welcoming and convient. I quite enjoyed the amenities such as the pool. I wss very impressed the the adult time option. I was also equally impressed with your dining area for breakfast. All around our trip although only one night was one of our better stays and we will happily be returning

Cons: I can't say that there was anything that I disliked about your hotel.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. I like the laminate floors, a lot cleaner.

Great Family Hotel with Lots of Nice Amenities

Pros: I loved the way it was set up and all the different amenities. The breakfast was great - it could've used some hollandaise sauce, can you please add it to your menu?! We plan to come back again 😁

Cons: The pool was really cold and the beds were not very comfortable. My bed was tinted inward. I slept ok but it could be better.
