Pros: Quickest check in experience I've ever had at any hotel. ID, card, sign here, here's your keys. Took under a minute. Friendly staff with smiles and helpful with questions. Exceptionaly clean lobby and room

Worth the money

Pros: The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. We had an issue with the room heater, and the staff promptly assisted us by changing our room right away. The room was equipped with a microwave and a fridge, which was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep.

Exceeded our expectations, we'll be back

Pros: Room was great. Comfortable, clean, and kitchenette is well stocked. Bathrooms are very nice. The wine and cheese afternoon reception is a nice touch. Staff was friendly. Appreciated the secured underground parking, very clean and plentiful amount of spots. Very convenient spot for our trip to West Edmonton Mall.

Cons: Pool amenities are fairly basic. Breakfast could use a few more options.

Pros: Very clean, very friendly. Amazing breakfasts. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise treat.

Cons: Nothing really.. bed is a bit soft.

Pros: Staff were nice and the room is clean. Room we had was a little smaller from what we had previously but book the same King suite option but overall the room was nice

Cons: The television we had is a bit dim so it's hard to watch and we could not figure out how to fix it. Remote having issue too as the ok button needs to be pressed hard

Would book here again!

Pros: Location is right near a Walmart and other shopping, lots of food choices. The rooms were big, booked here mainly for the kitchenette part of the room. Beds were soft and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The underground parking is a plus and the breakfast was what is expected for a continental breakfast.

Cons: The only reason it's a 9 and not a 10 is the noise you could hear from the floor above and the traffic from the main road beside our hotel was louder than expected..however, didn't affect our family's sleep, just more letting others know in case they are light sleepers. I would definitely book here again!

Elements is a Solid choice for weekend in Edmonton

Pros: The breakfast is very good, served in a nice open seating area. Hotel has well decorated, comfortable, spacious rooms Good location and price. I've stayed here more than one and would go back again.
