10/10, would come back!!

Pros: Tabitha was so kind to my partner and me, gave us a free upgrade as it was our anniversary, and helped answer questions about the local area. Pool and hot tub facilities were fantastic, very clean and relaxing. Close to many pubs and shops, and 15 minute walk to downtown

Pros: clean and well maintained. The pool was very impressive and I wish we had a chance to use the Hot Tub. Having Disney Plus on the TV was a nice touch.

Cons: The bed could have been a little more comfortable. The fan in the bedroom was also a little bit too loud.

Overall, we really like the hotel. Just don't know why we got the room with no view.

Pros: Nice room with comfy seats at a side table. Very clean.

Cons: Room 322 window looks out at large/tall wall. Only room facing that wall ? Will not stay in that room again. Booked room well in advance. Penalty because we didn't book direct with hotel ?

Pros: The Grab and Go breakfast is great. The convenience of location was excellent. The gym and pool and sauna were a nice touch. Comfortable and warm. Sleeping was easy.We will return.

Cons: Hot tub wasn't big enough but it was nice.
