Pros: Upon arrival, the room we had been assigned was not done, even if we arrived past the arrival time. The front staff worked fast to get us another room, way better than the one we had reserved and paid for. The hotel is fantastic, on the walk path by the ocean. It is really easy to access the beach, shops on foot.

Pros: Large rooms that were separated. Patio with view of the ocean! Kitchenette is handy.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfy. New owners are in the process of renovating so our bathroom was brand new whereas the rest needs some TLC. Right on the ocean so took walks on several occasions. Within walking distance of most stores and restaurants. I would stay here again

Cons: No continental breakfast which would have been nice.

Always lovely to stay there. Planning a 4th trip there next year.

Pros: The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the location is next to the beach in Trail Bay. Shopping and amenities are nearby.

Cons: Hairs were found in the bathroom. The coffee maker still had coffee in it. (We have the same issues with housekeeping every time we go, but we still love the property.)

Beautiful ocean view

Pros: Comfy beds,view of ocean ease of storing bikes in room.kitchen. walking short distance to stores.

Cons: Cleaner utensils and drawers. Some utensils had rust on them. Cleaner baseboards and in corners of bathroom and room.

Pros: No breakfast but loved the location which was right on the beach!!

Cons: They are renovating which it needs. It is a little bit old and a little rundown?!

Room with a View!

Pros: Clean room, friendly check-in, great location. We had a water view room. It was cool having coffee on the deck and watching the seals swimming in the water. Very tranquil location.

Cons: A couple more towels in the room would be nice but not a deal breaker.
