Pros: Great location with super easy access to downtown. Very helpful and friendly staff Very clean with comfortable beds Bathrooms updated well

Cons: The bathrooms have been nicely updated.but it is an older hotel and the rooms are fairly basic

Clean and simple hotel within short distance from the horseshoe bay ferry departure

Pros: The hotel is clean and simple. They don’t provide any breakfast but the room is equipped with coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Is very close to horseshoe bay so if you need to take the ferry to Vancouver Island is a very good choice. With the car you can easily reach a nice area in north Vancouver full of bars and restaurants with a nice views on Vancouver’s skyline.

Fantastic family hotel. Clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. We had a quieter room back from the road for our young family. Excellent staff, always happy to help. Great family fried or hotel, kids enjoyed the pool. Great location in North Vancouver.

Cons: Could have done with a Microwave at times.

Pros: The staff are exceptional, they made as feel at home on our return to Vancouver. They assisted us with moving our reservation after we were stuck in anchorage due to flight cancellation.
