Cons: No kettle for tea or tea bags. The upstairs occupants were very loud in the night, so not much sleep.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming host. Spacious and clean room. Super convenient location in downtown Grand Forks at walking distance from river and stores. We found some Christmas gifts for us and our fur baby in the room at check-in... So thoughtful :)
