Excellent value

Pros: Great value for money and a good base in Rossland for skiing at red. Shuttle bus stops right out the front with ski lockers.

Cons: A drying room for ski gear would be helpful.

Pros: Gabriella's Restaurant and Cafe (for breakfast) were both excellent.

Cons: Charging outlets at the bedside would be helpful.

Great stay at the hotel. Perfect location, nice size room, amazing restaurant. Rossland is so cute!

Pros: Great location. A fantastic Italian restaurant right in the hotel and a cute little cafe. The room was a nice size. The kitchen stock was just ok. The coffee machine does only one little cup at a time, great size fridge though and the king bed was nice. The staff were fantastic. The fellow at the front desk went above and beyond. I will come again and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros: Great location, very comfy beds, spacious room, friendly staff. Restaurant had lovely food and nice staff. If you want your own breakfast there’s a great supermarket just a short walk away.

Cons: We were in a room that had an adjoining room and there was zero soundproofing through the doors, so you could hear absolutely everything from next door. When they were out it was silent, so the other soundproofing is great, just make sure you have a room without a partition door. Wish I’d moved rooms, but we’d unpacked and it felt like too much hassle.

Pros: The hotel was directly on the bus route and it was wonderful of the hotel to provide both bus tickets and relevant bus schedules.

Cons: Calling the hotel a resort was a bit of a stretch considering there was no restaurant but otherwise it was up to the quality of a resort.

Pros: Location was perfect to access all Rossland had to offer. Front desk service was excellent.

Comfortable and Friendly service

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Room was mostly clean. Food, drinks and service at the on site restaurant were fantastic. All the staff were extremely helpful and nice.

Cons: There was a stain on the bed comforter that I didn't see until the following morning. The towel hooks had been previously ripped out of the back of the door so there was nowhere to hang my towel. A little pricey for the overall stay.

Pros: The front desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. Nicely upgraded decor, since our last visit a few years ago. The bartender in the lounge was friendly and helpful with our cocktail selections in the afternoon, and remembered 6s when we returned in the evening fir a nightcap! Great, relaxing patio vibe, with fire tables.

Pros: The friendliness, the restaurant was excellent, food and service were spot on. The hot tub and gym were good after a day out and about. The breakfast Cafe was open to 12.00, which was a plus.
