Good value for the money

Pros: Stayed here many times! Great location, great price. Rooms are comfy but breakfast and amenities are lacking but good value for the $$.

Cons: No hot tub after a day of skiing and the complimentary breakfast could be much better. I think more people would stay here if the breakfast was better.

It exceeded my expectations and served my needs for the 3 nights required.

Pros: I wasn't expecting too much from some of the reviews. Yes, the carpets and curtains are dated, but the room was clean, common areas were clean. Breakfast area.was small but adequate for what I wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A very enjoyable stay.

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay here. We appreciated the late check-in, as we were quite late to arrive. The included breakfast was fantastic and very filling.

Pros: I've stayed there many times so its familiar The Chinese restaurant on the main floor has pretty good food.

Cons: Dated, black grease stain on the duvet cover, small permanent stains in the bathtub, luggage carts falling apart

Pros: Clean amd comfy. Very big room. Loved the large outside veranda on the fourth floor

Cons: Breakfast area was quite small which was a pain as there were a lot of people. Continental breakfast was simple but OK.

Pros: Location, the room, accommodating our dog. The friendly staff. Liked having the restaurant in the hotel. Made having dinner so much easier and the food was excellent

Fine for a short stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable, rooms very spacious. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special

Cons: It’s very dated inside. Rooms are perfectly adequate but just old.

Pleasant stay

Pros: It was a stop off on our way to Jasper and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely large two bed room. The beds were comfortable with nice soft pillows, and clean. The shower worked well and the bathroom a nice size. Another bonus was having parking right outside.

Cons: Our view sadly looked onto airconditioning units.
