Pros: The guy on the desk dealt with an issue we had with broken ac unit, quickly and efficiently. I cannot remember his name unfortunately

Pros: Breakfast was great - there were lots of options available! The room was clean and comfortable, and a great size. The underground parking and the hot tub and pool were also great bonuses.

Cons: How much plastic/single use items there were at breakfast. The single use cutlery, plates and cups felt like it was creating a lot of unnecessary waste.

Comfortable hotel and excellent value.

Pros: Easy to find the property. Free parking. Comfortable room.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pleasant stay.

Pros: Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is OK.

Cons: We did not enjoy the breakfast, only so so. We would like to have glasses and cups in stead of paper cups and plastic cups. Access to restaurants and shops are limited.

Pros: The hotel was very quiet, which was welcome after a day's driving. There are a variety of places to eat all close by. Easy access back onto the highway.

Cons: The breakfast was mediocre.

Clean comfortable and very well placed to accomodate overnight and longer stay guests

Pros: Widndgate was just a stop over on the way to Whistler from Jasper and it served its purpose very well. We were checked in quickly and guided to the hotels facilities, which were excellent. The pool and hot tub were unexpected as was the complimentary breakfast. The guest laundry was very handy and there were petrol (gas) stations very close as well as nice places to get a meal. I feel the hotel was very well placed to accomodate overnight and longer stay guests

Good stay for a stopover

Pros: Free ice, water. Free breakfast. Good quiet place convenient off highway 1 to stay at. Easy to get to.

Cons: Nothing much to eat around the area. But the room had microwave and can buy from elsewhere n heat up. Good enough!

Great value for money, liked the location and great breakfast!!!!

Pros: Really enjoyed staying here and was pleased it was out of the main town but enjoyed the walk in was a bit of a trek back. There are some good restaurants close to the hotel Kimchee (Japanese) was the best food I have had so far in Canada and its only round the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was great value the gym was small but clean. Big shout out to Sean on reception very helpful snd welcoming a credit to the hotel

Out of town

Pros: The room was as expected, although when I booked, it asked for a room near the elevator due to mobility issues, but on arrival, they said a closer room was not available. Complimentary Continental breakfast provided, which was welcomed and enjoyable

Cons: Area of Hotel. Out of town so to get food you need to drive or get public transport. No restaurant at hotel.
