It was a very enjoyable relaxing stay and we will be back

Pros: Great location right off Baker Street. Very friendly staff. It was a short but excellent stay and we will stay here again next time

Cons: Bed was a bit on the soft side for us but other than that it was an enjoyable stay

Pros: Great location, amenities, and rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were modern and clean with good facilities.

Cons: I only stayed for two nights!

Pros: Loved the location. Close to shops and restaurants. Loved the rain shower in the bathroom and the heated floors. Very friendly staff. The large community room for visits and coffee. Absolutely loved the building.

Cons: Small room. Parking wasn't great. No elevator. We had a great time non the less.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable accommodation in a great location.

Pros: The room was cozy, clean, and the bathroom features were nice. The common lounge area with water dispenser, ice machine, and amenities were great (a decaf tea option would be a nice addition). The views from the rooftop patio and hot tub were amazing!

Cons: Especially during the warmer months, extended hours for the hot tub would better. We would have loved to be able to use the hot tub more around 11 or 12 pm to enjoy the night sky and cooler air temperatures. The jets on the hot tub didn't work very well.

Great hotel option on Baker St

Pros: Location is fabulous. The highlight was the rooftop hottub. Exceptional views and gorgeous patio. Such a fun addition. Great price. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely that it is pet friendly. Beds are like a cloud. Really great experience :)

Pros: We spent two nights at the Savoy Hotel in Nelson and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful and very clean hotel with a fantastic location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooftop hot tub was a great bonus. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!
