Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kelowna - East by IHG

Pros: Enjoyed our stay, the room was sparkling clean, the bed was comfy , we loved the pool - just what one needs to relax after hours of driving. Breakfast was good, we liked the variety of options.

Pros: The location and the rooms were big, and the breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable, plus the pool was very clean. Thumbs up for the two guys (didn't get their names)from the kitchen; they were making us feel like we were at home. Overall, everything was awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The King size room was very spacious.

Pros: The breakfasts were very good - lots of choices. Cinnamon Buns, pancakes, hot food, fruit, and juices.

Pros: Breakfast staff was excellent, the refills for everything was coming in time, there were ample choices for everyone both in hot and cold breakfast and with dietary restrictions. Breakfast staff also was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean, toiletries were also ample and good quality trusted brand, r towel refills were convenient.

Cons: Front desk reception staff didn’t feel welcoming and warm. Some rooms should have kitchen options for families as it’s appreciated. The washrooms for two of our rooms could not be locked which we didn’t complain about as we had short stay and could adjust but that needs to be fixed. Similarly, one room we had booked had the connected room occupied by someone else which we could not lock unfortunately from our side which raised security concerns. We hope that is fixed and for future bookings these things are inspected and fixed prior to checking in. Finally, the swimming pool area was very small and a group of 30people occupied it as they were all a family. We could not use it and second night the hot pool was also unavailable so that was a disappointing for kids and our group as we were hoping to relax in the pool the second day. The other group was extremely noisy and even though they were not told to lower their volume, somehow our kids were asked which they felt disappointed even when they were not noisy.

Pros: The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are kind and respectful.

Pros: It was in a really good and refurbished condition which were complimented by the large rooms and clean amenities.

Pros: Greeted by very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Room was very clean.Lighting was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Pros: Very Clean and quiet. Breakfast room was spotless, hot and fresh! The pool and hot tub area had a chemical smell that was strong, could use some ventilation in that room but it was clean with towels available. Easy walking distance to several great restaurants, shopping and Walmart.
