Very pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Kelowna

Pros: Super pet friendly, staff was so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Second time staying here and it feels like home away from home.

Even with minor matters mentioned above, it was good.

Pros: Nice size room thought somewhat dated. Breakfast was very good. Liked the fact that the Pub was attached.

Cons: Could use some updating in the hotel. Concrete floor in the lobby was not very nice.

Clean and comfortable stay with great food options nearby, though few things could be improved

Pros: We had a pleasant stay overall. The city view was nice, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food was never a problem. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered a good variety.

Cons: There were a few minor downsides: the pillows were a bit too soft for us, the mini fridge was slightly noisy, and my kids didn’t enjoy the scrambled eggs. Also, there was no indoor parking, which would have been helpful in hot weather.

Recommendations

Pros: Room was clean and quiet...lots of room..breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly

Cons: There wasn't an USB port to plug my phone or laptop in the room, the bathroom fan was extremely noisy, the drain in the bathroom was slow to drain, it needs cleaning, there was a soap wrapper stuck in a slot at the top of the mirror, automatic outside door to hotel was only able to be accessed by a card after 9pm..this is too early..should be 10pm

It was a pleasant stay, choice of restaurant nearby close to mall and other big outlet and parks

Pros: nice clean and spacious room with WIFI, cable tv so we can watch the hockey play-offs, quite. Free breakfast variety it gets very busy on the weekends best to get there around 7:00-8:00 AM

Beautiful, comfortable room.

Pros: The desk clerk was extremely friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.

Cons: The booking site asked for pets, but didn't reserve a pet friendly room or explain the extra fee for our pet. The room we were given was an extra $20 and for the pet fee $30.
