Everything a hotel should be.

Pros: Liked everything about this hotel, very cozy and comfortable; one of the best beds i have slept in. The front desk staff are exceptional, could not have done more to make my stay more comfortable. The Ramada will be my go to hotel when in Kelowna

Pros: Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice to sit in the hot tub after a long day of travelling

Pros: The rooms are comfortable. Great shopping centre directly across the road. Great spot to stay for a night or two to go shopping when we arrive to BC. Restaurant inside the hotel. Immaculately clean coffee pod machine in the room. Lots of parking.

Pros: It had a bed and it sheets. It was better than the barn that I live in. Hardly any straw on the floor.

Cons: I couldn't find the elevator, and couldn't go back to the manger ask because I told her I knew where it was. I ended up taking the stairs, until I finally found it, tucked away at the back of the building.

Ramada off Highway 97

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Small mixup with my last names on reservation but front desk agents were warm and friendly as we figured it out.

Cons: Unable to accommodate a request for a higher floor, however I'm unfamiliar with the property, that request maybe impossible so not really a criticism.
