Clean, restful, and cheery.

Pros: Nice lobby atmosphere. Bright, had a nice scent and ambience. Beds were comfortable, and rooms are modern and cheery. Included breakfast was great with a good selection including a couple of hot food items.

Cons: The sofa bed mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. Extra blanket and pillows are needed.

Excellent welcoming and comfortable!

Pros: Easy online check in and all the staff were extremely nice and happy which makes one feel happy and welcome. Have not experienced that in any hotel for a very long time! Thank you!

Cons: I was locked in at 5 am with no staff in sight for a few minutes but it didn't ruin my day!

I would definitely book this hotel again when in Kelowna.

Pros: This hotel has been fully renovated. The decor is modern, bright and fun! The bedroom was larger than most - spacious enough that there was a couch and coffee table in the room. Everything was fresh, clean and comfy. The staff were pleasant and efficient. We appreciated the breakfast that was included.

Pros: Very comfortable room with a nice sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. Includes a delicious breakfast!

Cons: I wish that breakfast started at 6:30am instead of 7am like at another hotel I'd stayed at earlier because I had an early start to get to the airport.

Pros: We booked a room for the nights of September 8th and 9th, but our trip came a day early and I had to book another room for the seventh night. Even though it was 10pm when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist kindly changed the room and sent us to the main room. Of course, everything was comfortable and good during our stay.
