Pros: It was wonderful to be able to check in 2 hours early. The front end staff and housekeeper were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY EN ROUTE TO TOFINO (ETC.)

Pros: We didn't have meals at the hotel. In fact, we were a little surprised that there would be a charge for breakfast - this had not been our general experience with the hotels where we have stayed; however, this gave us the opportunity to find another excellent place for breakfast (Boomerang restaurant). The staff, however, were very helpful, and the room and beds very comfortable. We would have no hesitation staying there again.

Cons: Minor disappointment: we went to the bar at about 9:45, just to have a nightcap, and learned that they were closing up for the night - not a big issue, just a little surprising.

Pros: Good vibes, comfy stay, family friendly. Sauna and pool were okay. Staff was friendly. Location was great.

Cons: Could be more facilities at this price. Only two water bottles per day for a family of 4 seems a bit off. I can buy a crate for $3 but I am looking for something from the hotel!

Pros: The hotel room generally, easy check in, dinner and first breakfast very good.

Cons: The buffet Sunday breakfast had few choices for the money.

Pros: The location of the property is spot on for moving around the Town. There is a cafe on site which offers a 20% reduction on breakfast costs. There is also a bar and grill restaurant that serves large portions of any meal ordered. There was a booklet in the room with recommended things to do and see. I'm surprised there was no mention of the Lady Rose Marine services. If you want something different to do on a warm day, look it up on the Internet, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Cons: On arrival at book in, the woman on reception made me feel as welcome as a frost in a garden centre in May. The movement of residents was very noisy even when they were trying to be quiet.

A wonderful, relaxing place to stay with great staff

Pros: The breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was super affordable and delicious. The facility was lovely, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and had everything we needed for the time we were there.

Cons: We don't really have anything negative to say about our stay here. Everything was lovely. There was even free hot chocolate and coffee downstairs.
