Lovely hotel

Pros: Really comfortable. Quiet haven in the centre of the city. Excellent breakfast.

Cons: The aircon in our room was intermittently extremely noisy and woke us up in the night at least once an hour

My favorite downtown Vancouver hotel!

Pros: I like the scale of this hotel, it’s in a convenient location that feels a little quiet while in the downtown area

Cons: The only thing that would have improved my stay is the option of a flatter pillow on the bed, the ‘fat’ pillows are too high for me so I end up sleeping with no pillow…

Pros: All staff were so kind and wonderful, making us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, facilities were nice and the in-room dining was delicious.

Cons: The room felt slightly dated and the amenities within the room felt slightly bare, although did meet every need. It was unfortunate that there was no turn down service.
