Pros: View safe & secure the building was... staff was super friendly

Cons: The road closures.... google maps kept taking me a road that closed and didn't know how else to get to hotel... also didn't like that underground hotel parkjng was full so had to park in alley that was full of garbage

Overall, pleasant stay!

Pros: Great location in Vancouver. Close to many shops/places to eat. Not too far from attractions like Stanley Park.

Staff was nice, rooms were decent for the price, good location, lots of amenities.

Pros: Location was awesome, staff were lovely, I felt safe.

Cons: WiFi was HORRIBLY slow; you need about 10 mbps to stream any video services without constant failures, and it was a whopping 0.7 mbps, so the streaming services they offer were useless. Not the staffs fault, but it was bad. The housekeeping in the morning also started really early and the walls and doors are thin so it was SUPER loud. 8:30 AM, vacuum going, radio beeping, people chatting in the hall, *loud*. They provide earplugs so I am sure they've had this complaint before.

Cons: Just a minor thing, hardwood floors hard on the feet.

Great accomodation for location and price point

Pros: The interior of the room was new, well-furnished and clean. Really liked the toiletries too; natural fragrance, supporting native business. Location of the hotel is really convenient, near ctrain and tnt.
