Peaceful, welcoming and immaculate.

Pros: It was easily accessible to most things in downtown Vancouver and accessing the building was simple. It was clean and quiet too.

Cons: Couldn’t really fault it at all while we were there.

Pros: Very comfortable big bed, air-conditioned, well equipped kitchen and very tastefully decorated. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment for our 4 day stay which gave us a sense of space. Lovely eco, skin friendly toiletries. Virtual check in and reception was extremely responsive to our queries and made for a very non- invasive feel, creating a sense of privacy. Overall a great place to stay 😀

Pros: Well presented and very clean with a comfortable bed.

Cons: I didn't like the way you entered the building when you arrive. I like to have a reception so I am not standing out on the street wondering how I am going to get in and booking.com doesn't mention that this is the case in your advertisement.

Brilliant accommodation in perfect location

Pros: Brilliant location for exploring and dining. It is walkable to downtown, Canada Pier and Gastown along with easy connections to Capilano Bridge and buses to Stanley Park. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and elegant! Alejandro was super kind checking in with us after an issue with online booking and it is clear everyone involved in the business wants you to have the best stay possible. We would definitely stay here again and would happily rate 11/10!!
