Lovely character hotel in the heart of downtown. Exceptional place to rest up and enjoy what downtown has to offer

Pros: Great location, lovely ambiance, room was very comfortable, great bathroom. The hotel gas character with very good service- couldn’t ask for more

Cons: Nothing it met and exceeded all of my expectations

Pros: Location was great for accessing everything we wanted to visit. The room was very comfortable, quiet and private. The cleanliness was exceptional. All staff were very friendly and respectful

Excellent place for clean and pleasant stay

Pros: Location is walking distance to Canada Place. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. 3 choices. Bathroom essentials all from L’occitane brand. Room carpet looks very new. Room we had was spotlessly clean.

Cons: Travelling companion stayed in room facing street complain of noise from streets. Smoky smell detected late night probably from vaping or smoking not sure.

Pros: Great location, clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice soap and shampoo, breakfeast is included, but we missed it

Cons: Noise from room above. Kids running and jumping early in the morning. Parking is not right on site.

Great staff, very comfortable rooms and beds.

Pros: The most comfortable bed, had a great nights sleep. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included.

Cons: The bar lounge was very dark and the clientele was mostly non guests. Because its not associated with the hotel and another entire establishment it was a little off putting.
