Best Western Premier Chateau Granville Hotel & Suites & Conference Centre

Pros: The room was great, lots or space, balcony was good.

Cons: I slept on the pull out couch which had a large board under the mattress where the springs should be. It was not comfy and made my hips sore. No complaints other than that.

Great stay, amazing staff

Pros: Everything was great, however, hats-off to the staff, extremely polite, professional and helpful. Max helped a lot.

Pros: The nicest of staff and the rooms were warm and comfortable

Cons: Location - set amid a bit of a red light district ( not so great with little children) lots of drug affect people about as well (smoking (?ice?) pipes, urinating in the street etc)

Perfect stay

Pros: Everything perfect. We went on our honeymoon and they made us an upgrade room. Thank you!!

Vancouver city great, hotel location not so.

Pros: Evening meals satisfactory. On the bus routes to downtown, Stanley Park and Granville Island. (c$2.15 for seniors, anywhere!!) Taxis always available outside. Staff very helpful. Big room.

Cons: Location, a little too far out of the city centre for our liking. Area seemed run-down and neglected.

Great location to take local transport everywhere and the hop on hop off bus stop is right outside.

Pros: Really liked that there was a separate bedroom and the sofa bed was pretty decent.

Well worth considering staying at the Best Western Premier Chateau Granville

Pros: The suite was well appointed and very comfortable with excellent twin beds and a superb shower over the bath. The location was jut right with bars in the area and a hop on hop off just outside the front door. Apart from the minor niggles below I can honestly say that overall the hotel, the staff and the location were all superb and I would highly recommend it to others.

Cons: Had to ask for a kettle in the room and for fresh milk in the dining room and for the room. The door to the balcony wouldn't stay open so I had to wedge it. But these are minor niggles.
