Pros: Very central location, in downtown. Very comfortable beds and cozy rooms

Cons: I asked for an adaptor as I didn’t have a US one. I got one from the reception, but I was charged a fee which was returned after check-out. Not really a problem, it just seemed a little unusual.

Nice hotel but need a high floor to blockout sirens

Pros: The beds and pillows were devine, so comfortable! The cleaner was great, left extra supplies without being asked. The view was pretty with the Christmas lights in the trees out front of the hotel.

Cons: A higher floor would have been appreciated considering we stayed 6 nights. The ambulance station at the hospital across the road had sirens coming from ambulances throughout every evening meaning interrupted sleep. Ask for a high floor way above level 9 in the North tower, we are all exhausted from disrupted sleep! The wait for the lift to check out at 11 was super long, 20mins waiting. We ended up getting in a lift going up with the hope it would eventually get down to the lobby. Which it did after stopping 20 odd floors.

Very comfortable room and views, strong antiseptic odour in room and extremely expensive parking.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The views of the city were very nice as well, front staff we're very accomodating.

Cons: The room while very clean smelled like antiseptic and was a very very strong smell. The parking cost was outrageously expensive.

Pros: Comfortable bed, good location, swimming pool temperature was spot on, great gym facility, superb view from our room on higher floor.

Cons: Nothing particular about the hotel. Just sirens from emergency service are frequent and loud in Vancouver downtown area.

Excellent rooms and location

Pros: - Great sized rooms and super comfy bed - Good location in central Vancouver - Fantastic views from bedroom

Cons: The only issue was that our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at around 6pm. In the end we had to wait until 8pm for the room was ready, which wasn’t ideal as we had just flown from the UK. However, we were offered 2 free glasses of wine at the bar whilst we waited and staff were all very apologetic

The stay was pleasant

Pros: Good location, room was a bit noisy during the night, because of the hospital being just across the street.

Cons: Room location
