Great experience

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean The breakfast was very rich

Cons: We expected more friendliness from the first front desk officer that attended to us His colleague made up for his lapses. So it was okay in the end.

Pros: Great location, generous size, great kitchette, pleasant efficient staff. Very hard to fault for the price.

Cons: The balcony had puddles but older building so not much coukd be done with building design. In spring summer probably is fine.

Relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros: Felma, our housekeeper, was absolutely lovely. What a wonderful human. In fact, all the staff we had interactions with were great - from the front desk to the buffet. Kudos for hiring great staff!

Great value and location

Pros: The room was spacious and had everything you needed. Breakfast was perfect, I like to always have the same, and the variety was very good. It has a little gym that does the job, but is close enough to other gyms in the area. Staff was nice and helpful

Cons: Housekeeping is every other day, which to me wasn’t a big problem

Pros: Large clean rooms and comfy bed. Gym, pool and spa were good. Kitchenette.

Cons: The breakfast was terrible. Not sure how you make eggs taste so bad. Both scrambled and boiled. We ended up making our own in our room. Thank goodness for the kitchenette. Muffins were stale. Plan to make your own or eat out for breakfast.

Great hotel with friendly staff & decent breakfast

Pros: Comfortable, good facilities (laundry was helpful!), central location & friendly staff.

Cons: Breakfast was good but lacked variety from day to day - there seemed to be two versions of hot food options which got a bit repetitive for a longer stay.

Cons: Hot tub was more like a warm bath. Needs to be hotter. Requested a couple more towels and never got them.

A really nice break in Vancouver, in walking distance of art gallery and downtown.

Pros: The room was great, and the view was also great. The bed was comfortable. The lifts worked well. The location was really central. The front desk and restaurant staff were helpful.

Would stay again

Pros: Very comfortable beds and pillows! Good shower pressure. The room had a lot of space to accommodate all three occupants. The breakfast was comprehensive. Location was super easy to walk to main CBD attractions. Staff at breakfast went out of their way to be helpful

Cons: No significant negatives this trip. Small things to consider are the parking taxes being so high (which is not the hotels fault) and the room could use another small arm chair as only 1 for a room that fits 4 people is a bit limited (but this is not a deal breaker)
