Pros: The bed was so soft and comfy, i will be booking again for my next trip.

Cons: Honestly the flooring in my room would make a loud sound when i would walk to the bathroom from my bed. Other then that a lovely place and will return.

Great value, quiet and relaxing. Will be my first pick if I'm ever in Vancouver.

Pros: Staff were amazing and had my room availble at 8:30am, which was the most wonderful surprise after a long flight. Their unlimited complimentry bottled water was so helpful. Room was simple and clean. Their comfy outdoor area with an open fire was a lovely addition. Overall was a nice and relaxing place to come back to after a long day of walking around and sight-seeing.

Cons: It was a shame the room didn't have a mircowave, literally the only thing that I found inconvenient.

Pros: I ’d like to applaud James at the front desk — he was very accommodating and helped us check in even without a credit card, which I understand is part of the hotel policy. I only use Visa debit, and he made the process smooth and stress-free. We had a great stay, the room was nice, and overall the experience was excellent. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Beautiful stay wish I could’ve stayed longer

Pros: Beautiful room with amazing facilities -USB ports -Great lighting -Comfy seating -Massive telly -Free, tea and coffee was a welcome treat If I’m ever in Vancouver again in the future I’ll be definitely staying here 🤗

Great experience at one of the last downtown independent hotels

Pros: Love the retro design, comfort of rooms, coffee and mini fridge in room, outdoor space, proximity to shops and galleries. Staff were friendly and efficient and housekeeping were great.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit shabby and small.
