Very enjoyable

Great space, clean and large rooms. perfect location in Squamish.

Pros: Great suite with a kitchen area. The room was very big and very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked with equipment. Staff very friendly and the locations was great.

Cons: Maybe some basic condiments in the kitchen.

Pros: Lovely room and great location. Bar staff really friendly.

Cons: I found the Reception Staff on the whole really unfriendly - it doesn't hurt to at least smile when checking someone in. Not very welcoming. Also, sheets on the bed were quite flimsy - they could do with a refresh.

Pros: Attentive, professional staff, who promptly assigned another room to us.

Cons: We were first booked into a room with interleading door to next door room and could hear every word the neighbours were saying.

The hotel is clean and serves a lovely breakfast. It is centrally located with a good walk score.

Pros: The breakfast/restaurant staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and well-appointed.

Cons: We were informed there was parking at the facility, but not that the cost would be almost $45/night in a hotel lot.

The property was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: The breakfast was great. Staff in the restaurant were excellent. Hotel staff were excellent.

Cons: The air-conditioning was noisy. The fridge was noisy. The night attendant turned the fridge off for us which fixed this issue. Being turned off wasn't an issue as we didn't use it. The vanity in the bathroom was a little too close to the toilet and made it hard to get the wheelchair close to the toilet but we managed.

Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The position was perfect. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were excellent.

Cons: There were 3 of us in the room but only 2 coffee mugs. No utensils and no instructions on how to operate the air-conditioning or the TV. It got quite warm and stuffy but the back door opened onto an ally and was extremely noisy.

Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Wonderful facility.

Pros: Met all our needs. Taxi service excellent - organised by staff. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Holiday inn never disappoint

Pros: Very convenient location on Howe str.. Shops, restaurants, Pacific place mall, all within walking distance..

Cons: The elevators are too small for such a big and busy hotel...merely 2.5 sq.mts area
