Hotel itself is surely one of the best 5 star hotels in Vancouver.

Pros: The hotel itself is great. Very friendly staff - front office team was great - keep up the good work!

Cons: Unfortunately there was a private party in the restaurant / bar area. The music was so loud that we had to move 3 floors up. (Thank you to the team who made it possible). Unfortunately you could still hear everything. For a price of 800$ per night you should at least inform your guests in advance of the party. That left a negative impression, as the hotel itself is really nice.

Pros: Staff are all very friendly and seems pleased to answer any and all questions, our room was only a short walk from the venue for the concert, all in all I would say if you aren't from Vancouver this is the #1 stop for anything to do with BC Place. 10/10 experience.

Over all good not great

Pros: Cleanliness, well taken care of, close to amenitys.

Cons: We asked for earlier checkin when we booked and when we got there our room wasn't ready, we even called the day of to make sure. There was a young women working at the front checking people I and she was really slow, the employee working next to her had 3 couples ready to go in the time she had one. Also the elevators took alot of time. At one point people were lined up to the front entrance waiting, I dont know how seeing as there are 4 elevators.

Awesome hotel a definite step up from a Holiday Inn with massive mark up on room service but professional staff expectin

Pros: Central and close to the Granville Island Ferry and restaurants near the hotel.

Cons: The hotel hosts a casino or the casino hosts this hotel. Either way this casino is average, it failed to include a smoking room like the one reserve casinos’. It is not quite as nice as Whitecap Dakota Dunes and not in any way as nice as Casino Rama. There needs to be a massive reset in the casino to embrace indigenous identity over the very Chinese focused casino from signage to local staff speaking mandarin and Cantonese over local french, english or a local coastal language.

Erittäin laadukas hotelli mutta kannattaa olla tarkkana mitä hintaan todellisuudessa kuuluu.

Pros: Sijainti oli erinomainen, hotellilta oli helppo liikkua ympäri kaupunkia kävellen. Hotelli oli myös erittäin tasokas ja henkilökunta teki kaikkensa että huomioivat asiakkaan tarpeet ja että asiakas koki että häneen todella kiinnitetään huomiota.

Cons: Varausta tehdessä sanottiin, että aamiainen ja wifi kuuluvat hintaan, mutta näin ei kuitenkaan ollut. Wifi kuului hintaan vain jos kuului hotelliketjun kanta-asiakkuuteen ja aamiaisella vain osa valikoimasta kuului hintaan. Lisäksi aamiaisen tilaaminen oli erittäin sekavaa ja vaikeasti ymmärrettävää.
