It exceeded expectations. We'll be back!

Pros: Loved the Room and the general decor of the Hotel. Love that Floyd's was right downstairs and it was delicious. Loved the pool / hottub. Love the proximity to a liquor store. Loved the Kilt Bear out front. Everything was great! We heard it changed ownership recently, please don't change anything!

Holiday in Victoria

Pros: Location was excellent. The one bedroom suite has all the amenities needed to do most of your own cooking but also close to many great restaurants.The bed was very comfortable.

It was very restful especially for my husband who got sick while we’re staying with you.

Pros: Had breakfast in our room. Location is excellent as we only went to the legislature & the IMAX theatre. I especially liked the grab bar in the shower & a non slip mat in the bathtub. The bell hops were very helpful. Also the maintenance man was very good when our phone was not working.

You're really paying for the prime location.

Pros: Location and the room - the suite was spacious and it was great to have a full kitchen.

Cons: The sofa bed was unbearable. I don't expect a sofa bed will be particularly comfortable, but this one was absolutely past its prime and resulted in a very disrupted sleep. I also saw a silverfish in the washroom, which I realize is hard to control and the room was clean overall, but still not a fantastic experience.
