Pros: Loved the waffle maker for breakfast. Ideal central location great size of room plenty of parking. Perfect hotel for visit to Victoria. Walking distance from shops and restaurants great recommendation from reception for dinner

Pros: Amazing breakfast. On checkout the front desk let us know that ferries were cancelled, and said that they had capacity to stay an extra night if we needed to. Visiting family had a place to park nearby which made it easy.

Cons: Its probably a bit above my normal price range for accommodations. But, I made an exception because of prior visits here with family, and also looked forward to the breakfast.

Pros: Everything was perfect, good breakfast and the staff was really nice, all clean and comfortable

Cons: They are doing renovations and sometimes the noise was annoying, but I knew that before I arrived :)

Very well managed property in a perfect inner harbour location.

Pros: Excellent location. Superbly clean room - kudos to housekeeping. Bathroom was spotless. King bed was very comfortable. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle were appreciated but not all used on this short trip. Parking was very convenient but an upcharge (not uncommon in Victoria) so read the fine print. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with all the hot and cold items, fresh fruit and a comfortable lounge area for seating. We arrived a couple of hours early but the friendly desk staff accommodated us. We had stayed before and will likely stay again. Our visit was primarily to see the Butchart Gardens Xmas lights.

Cons: The hotel is undergoing some renovations (December 2025) but they were completely screened off and had no impact on the quality of our stay. TV was very small but never turned on, so again, no issue for us.

Pros: The location is fantastic—perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view of the Parliament building. Our room was ready a bit earlier than the stated check-in time, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team made sure to replenish our bathroom and kitchenette supplies every day. Having a microwave and kettle in the room was also very convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay!
